We are seeking a passionate, ethical, and proactive professional to join our FRANKIE'S Family.

Frankie’s boasts an upscale traditional steakhouse menu paired with a distinctive Italian twist. The inspiration for Frankie’s comes from a desire to offer Gwinnett County the best quality steaks in a great atmosphere.

Come to work with us in an upscale fast-paced environment as a Chef.

Chef Responsibilities:

Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
Overseeing all kitchen operations.
Coordinating kitchen staff and assisting them as required.
Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
Taking stock of ingredients and equipment and placing orders to replenish stock.
Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
Keeping up to date with industry trends.
Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are always followed.

Requirements:

Culinary school degree/diploma.
3+ years as a Chef in Steakhouse Restaurant Concepts.
Time management skills.
Experience in Fine Dining concepts.
Ability to communicate in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as in groups.
